REFUND POLICY
£30 non-refundable booking fee for injectable treatments and £10 for facials is required when booking.
Flawless Aesthetics by Tina cannot give any refunds on treatments or products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will lose the booking fee and must pay another booking fee when booking again. Similarly, if you are more than 10 minutes late, I won't be able to do your treatment, and you will lose the booking fee and need to rebook another date.
AFTERCARE POLICY
As the client, you are responsible for taking appropriate aftercare of any treatment you receive at Flawless Aesthetics by Tina. This aftercare will be explained to you on the day and followed up in the email after your treatment.
SALON POLICY
You agree that you are at least 18 (apart from the teen facial). You might need proof of your age upon arrival; no refunds will be made if you fail.
The parent or guardian must complete the booking process and consent form for the teen facial.
You agree to come to your appointment alone. Under no circumstances are children, friends, or any family members allowed to accompany you. This is for health and safety reasons.
Do not arrive early to avoid crossing over with other clients. If you will be early, please get in touch with Tina, who will confirm if you can come in earlier.
MEDICAL HISTORY
You agree to notify us of any allergies and your previous medical history in your consent forms.
COMPLICATIONS
If you have an allergic reaction or complications, you must return to Flawless Aesthetics by Tina for further advice or treatments.
PRICING
Flawless Aesthetics by Tina's prices are subject to change without notice but will not be changed for already-booked appointments.
COMPLAINTS
A qualified, insured, and professional practitioner carries out all treatments here at Flawless Aesthetics by Tina. If you have a treatment that you are unsatisfied with, please bring it to our attention to Tina. Flawless Aesthetics does not give any refunds on treatments; however, I will look at your concerns immediately and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
All complaints need to be documented in writing via email to Info@flawlessaestheticsbytina.co.uk. Please provide as much detail as possible, including details of your treatment, date, time, nature of the complaint and any corresponding pictures relating to your complaint.
REARRANGING APPOINTMENTS
If the practitioner falls ill or there is an emergency, you will be notified to arrange an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
